		<description>There are no DSLRs you can buy new for $ 400. You can buy a used DSLR for under $ 400, tuohgh. I own a used Nikon D70 with a AF Nikkor 35-70mm lens. Works great. I bought a new lens for it and it works amazingly.</description>
